Celebrate North Shore Schools Student Artists! North Shore Arts Angels Artwalk is back for its fifth year! Join the Arts Angels and local community businesses in celebrating North Shore School District student artists by taking part in the North Shore Arts Angels Artwalk 2025.
Spend an afternoon visiting the participating businesses throughout the North Shore community to view the artwork created by these talented students. Just follow the map (coming soon to this page) and enjoy the walk!

Goal: To show the dichotomy between our personal coping mechanisms and the severity of global crises.
Statement: Although I am not personally affected by climate change, or the fires in Oregon on an everyday basis, they still have an emotional impact on me and I have to find ways to deal with the anxiety. Over quarantine, my dog and ice cream really helped me cope so I decided to place them on top of the issues that stress me out alluding to a Band-Aid type solution.

This piece shows two musicians that are important to our time (Tyler, the Creator and Kendrick Lamar) split in half, with their faces combined. Although they are very different people, they have both struggled with race and orientation. Each of these artists inspire me. The music makes me realize how easy and privileged my life has been while so many others are not as fortunate.
